About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Frontend Engineer to act as the driving force behind our Maintenance team. While your core strength is technical, you will also serve as the Lead for a small, cross-functional squad.
This isn't a "keep the lights on" role, you will be responsible for project leadership - identifying bottlenecks, architecting a development roadmap, and suggesting modern improvements to our existing codebase. You will bridge the gap between maintaining stability and shipping small, high-impact improvement features.
Tech Stack
TypeScript, JavaScript.
Vue 3, Vue 2.
Tailwind.
Vite, Webpack.
Next.js.
What You Will Do
Lead the Squad: Coordinate prioritization and day-to-day workflow for your backend and QE peers to ensure the team is hitting its goals.
Translate & Refine: Transform business needs into a technical roadmap. Take high-level, often non-technical requirements from stakeholders (Support, Partners, Product) and identify the "missing pieces." You will fill these gaps and convert them into precise technical descriptions and tasks for yourself and your team.
Strategic Roadmap Driving: Proactively identify recurring bug patterns or friction points. Propose feature-level improvements - often spanning both frontend and backend - to solve business problems at their root.
Hybrid Development: Balance high-quality maintenance with the development of new, smaller-scale UI/UX features within the existing codebase.
Technical Excellence: Review code, optimize performance, and ensure our frontend meets modern industry standards.
Integrations: Deal with the integration of new partners and third-party platforms into our existing flow.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of professional front-end development and at least 1 year in a Team Lead or Project Lead capacity.
Vue Specialist: Significant commercial experience with Vue 3 and Vue 2.
Requirement Architect: Proven ability to take vague or non-technical requests and turn them into clear, actionable technical specifications. You are comfortable asking the "right questions" to uncover hidden constraints.
The "Driver" Mindset: Proven ability (or a strong desire) to handle light coordination, task breakdown, and technical ownership without losing your "hands-on" edge.
Problem Solver: You don’t wait for a ticket to be assigned; you see an issue in the codebase and propose a solution and a timeline.
Communication: Fluent English; able to translate complex technical needs into clear tasks and documentation.
Industry Interest: A genuine curiosity for the intersection of Fintech, Payments, and Blockchain.
