About the role
Wert is a leading payment processing solution for web3 and crypto projects: DeFi protocols, DAOs, NFT marketplaces and anything that operates on blockchain and smart contracts. We work with both promising startups and established companies to provide the tools they need to market their decentralized solutions to the general public.
We seek a new team member to research and support sales, prepare analytics for the product team and help shape their roadmap. The ideal candidate combines creativity and a finance or economics degree. Responsibilities include evaluating sales metrics, analyzing partner feedback, identifying market opportunities, and sharing data to align goals across departments.
What you will do
Analyze periodic metrics and performance
Manage sales databases and reports
Research market for growth opportunities
Evaluate partner requests using CRM and meeting notes
Edit internal presentations for business decisions
Create flowcharts, decks, and financial models for sales strategy
Monitor market data for key events and trends
Requirements
Experience or internship in investment banking or VC in a similar role (nice to have)
Passion for research
Experience in market research and generating ideas on where and how to find data
Financial modeling skills
Ability to distinguish between ETH, Web3, NFT, day trading, and other current trends
Degree in business finance or economics
