The Challenge 🎯
Reporting directly to our HR Manager, you will hold a hybrid and pivotal role. You are the first point of contact for candidates and the guardian of the "employee experience" at Aria.
Your mission: find our future talents while creating an exceptional work environment (both in-office and remote).
Your Missions 🚀
1. Talent Acquisition (35%): Fueling our Growth
- Sourcing & Hunting: Identify and reach out to top-tier profiles via LinkedIn Recruiter for our Tech, Product, Sales, and Ops teams.
- Coordination: Manage interview scheduling and ensure a reactive, human, and high-quality "Candidate Experience."
- Employer Branding: Contribute to Aria’s visibility on social media and specialized recruitment platforms.
2. People Ops, Office & Experience (45%): Crafting the Best Workplace
- Office Management : You are the "conductor" of our offices. You manage relationships with providers (maintenance, coffee, snacks), handle supply orders...
- International Onboarding: Lead the logistical welcome for new hires in Paris and abroad (IT equipment preparation, welcome kits, tool access).
- Culture & Engagement: Organize team-building events, rituals, and offsites to strengthen the bond between team members.
3. HR Admin & Compliance (20%): Ensuring the Foundation
- Administrative Support: Help prepare contracts, certificates, and maintain HR files.
- International Coordination: Assist in collecting payroll variables and managing social benefits for France, the UK, and Belgium and potential new geographies
What We Are Looking For 🫵🏻
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Master 2 (End-of-study internship) from a Business School or University, specializing in HR or Management.
- Experience: You have a first successful experience (internship or apprenticeship) in Recruitment or HR functions, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: You are fluent in French and have a mandatory C1 level in English. You are comfortable conducting interviews and drafting documents in both languages.
- Mindset: "Hands-on" and proactive. You enjoy solving concrete problems and no task is too small for you.
- Organization: You can seamlessly switch from an administrative task to event planning with rigor and enthusiasm.

Interview Process 🤝
- A first interview with our HR Manager - including a use case
- A second interview with our a senior (C-level / head of)
- A final interview in our offices to meet the team (coffee fit).
