The role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager Payment to join our Product team and take ownership of payment domain at Aria.

You'll drive product strategy and execution of payment related initiatives that directly impact our clients' ability to process B2B transactions efficiently and securely.

You’ll also be in charge of reinforcing our payment infrastructure in the context of the obtention of our ACPR agreement of Payment Institution.

This includes:

• Payment processing and orchestration: building and reinforcing our core banking system, optimizing payment flows, ensuring good integrations with payment providers (PSPs, banks) and ensuring transaction reliability.
• Platform scalability: building payment capabilities and core banking system that supports our growth across new markets, currencies, payment methods and use cases.
• Risk and compliance: designing features that balance user experience with regulatory requirements, fraud prevention and auditability.
• Client experience: ensuring smooth API adoption and user satisfaction for our platform customers.

We're looking for a senior, autonomous product manager with deep payment expertise who can lead complex projects, challenge assumptions, navigate complex trade-offs, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.

What you'll do ➡️

• Define and execute product strategy for payment-related features, balancing long-term vision with iterative delivery.
• Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap that connects product decisions to business outcomes and company strategy.
• Lead product discovery activities: conducting user research, running experiments, validating problems before building solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, FinOps, Risk, and Compliance teams to ship high-quality features quickly.
• Own post-launch performance: tracking metrics, analyzing results, and iterating based on data and user feedback.
• Contribute to building a strong product organization and improving processes for shipping impactful products.

Qualifications 🎓

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Deep understanding of complex payment systems: payment processing, reconciliation, fraud detection, risk management, and compliance requirements. Ideally with significant experience in payment fintech authorized by the ACPR.
• Strong product strategy skills: building roadmaps, making trade-offs, and connecting product decisions to business impact.
• Strong delivery skills: hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, able to balance speed with quality and iterate quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders.
• Client-first approach: business-driven with a strong focus on user and client satisfaction.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing performance, and making evidence-based decisions.
• Comfortable presenting and debating in English and French with senior stakeholders.
