About the role

As an Account Manager at Arbolus, you’ll play a key role in driving growth within our consulting client base. Your primary focus will be to engage senior members at top consulting firms, helping them discover and adopt Arbolus’ products - particularly Insights and Canopy - to enhance their business development and delivery processes.

This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role where you’ll act as a trusted connector between Arbolus and consulting teams, ensuring they experience the full value of our platform. You’ll thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, combining your consulting know-how with strategic account management to expand relationships and grow our share of client activity.

Key responsibilities you will be in charge of

  • Senior Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within consulting firms, demonstrating how Arbolus’ products can create value in their BD and project delivery processes.
  • Client Education: Introduce and champion Arbolus’ offerings - particularly Insights and Canopy - ensuring consulting users understand how these tools support their workflows and help them win client work.
  • Account Growth: Establish a regular cadence of engagement to expand adoption across teams, deepening Arbolus’ presence within key accounts.
  • Trusted Partnership: Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing feedback and insights that guide product and service improvements.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication and high-touch service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Professional Services, and Commercial to align on strategy and execution for consulting accounts.

Requirements to succeed in this role

  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and support business development or project delivery efforts.
  • Understanding of Consulting Dynamics: Familiarity with how consulting teams sell, deliver, and manage client relationships - especially in the context of private equity or tech engagements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage confidently at senior levels.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Comfort working cross-functionally with product and commercial teams to drive client outcomes.
